Paragon Roofing BC

Roofing in Surrey and across the Lower Mainland is the focus at Paragon Roofing BC, a woman-owned company that also serves Vancouver, Delta, Coquitlam, Burnaby and the North Shore. Residential work covers new roof installs, replacement and re-roofing, repairs, inspection and maintenance, and cedar conversion. Commercial and industrial roofing, including repairs and maintenance, is handled separately, as are strata and multifamily projects. The company offers financing and gives a roof warranty. Alongside roofs it works on siding, skylights, gutter cleaning, insulation and sheet metal. Its approach centres on careful placement of every shingle, nail and seam, with repairs, replacements and full reinforcements aimed at roofs that hold up in Vancouver weather.
